You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Accepted

• Unused items in original packaging.
• Defective, damaged or incorrect items.

Not accepted

• Hair clips and towels that have been used, for hygiene reasons.
• Heat tools that show signs of use, unless they are defective.

Heat tool faults

If your straightener or curling brush does not heat, will not switch on, or stops working within 30 days, email [email protected]. We will troubleshoot with you and, if needed, replace or refund it.

Voltage

Damage caused by using a tool on an incompatible voltage without a suitable converter is not covered.

Process

• Email [email protected] with your order number.
• Wait for return instructions.
• Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund

Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
